I built a lightweight app that turns raw screenshots into polished, on-brand visuals. Marketing, sales, learning and development, and documentation teams now create their own assets without waiting on design.
- Team
- Solo, built in Figma Make
- Timeline
- One afternoon, 2026
- Outcome
- Eliminated dozens of recurring design requests each week and enabled teams to create consistent visuals independently.
Why it exists
Teams across Socialive needed polished screenshots for campaigns, sales materials, training, and documentation. Every request depended on design, creating a steady stream of repetitive work.
The fix wasn’t another template or set of guidelines. It was a tool that made the right result easy to produce.
Designed for consistency
Drop in a screenshot, choose a treatment, and export. The app applies consistent backgrounds, gradients, spacing, corner radius, and shadows.
A small set of options keeps the process simple and the results consistent across teams.
Built in an afternoon
I used Figma Make to turn a recurring problem into a working tool in a single afternoon. The implementation was small because the product thinking was focused: define the right defaults, expose only useful choices, and make the output ready to use.
Impact
- Dozens of requests a week removed from the design queue.
- Four teams enabled to create their own visuals.
- Consistent output across marketing, sales, training, and documentation.
- On-demand creation without waiting for design support.
The result is a small tool with an outsized effect: less repetitive work for design, more independence for the teams, and a consistent brand wherever Socialive shows its product.
